Yes. Please keep in mind these are made of wood and will regardless of what finish is used, how tough the wood is, they will wear over time. CWW offers a 2 year warranty on peeling, color chipping and sign failure (wood separates or signs splits on a seam). If the owner is careless and the sign breaks in a non-seam area, this is not covered. Any issues listed above and CWW will replace the individual sign free of charge.

Absolutely not. They go into the ground like any other marker or sign that uses ground spikes. Depending on the type of sign and the size, the appropriate sized spikes will be used.
